The declaration of the Dolmens of Antequera as World Heritage and the important discovery that has led the Ardales cave are two good reasons to embark on a route through the prehistoric art sites of the province.

What do the geometric strokes What did the Neolithic men paint? Because the first humans They went deep into the caves to testify of their presence? How did they manage, when the wheel had not yet been invented, to lift a 150-ton slab and build the Menga dolmen? Did they have a sense of beauty or did they paint only for practical reasons? Many questions, multiple theories and few certainties. That's what makes prehistoric art so mysterious and attractive at the same time.
