Olive juice or oil

- Oil is a product subject to transformation, even after packaging, and especially to oxidation. For this reason you must REJECT the containers that have passed the RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION DATE and choose containers that PROTECT from the LIGHT.
- ALWAYS choose VIRGIN OIL. The refined ones are subjected to industrial processes that make them lose a great part of their characteristics, and some of them are defining a good oil.
