From January to December consume seasonal fruit every day, as you like: whole or sliced, alone or in salads, fruit salads, juices ..., at breakfast, lunch, dinner or between meals.
Spain is known for being the orchard of Europe. You come to a house or a vacation apartment, you have to know what are the seasonal fruits. You can buy them in markets, supermarkets or in the traces or flea markets around you. This is usually the Better option since the fruits are more mature and they have better flavor.
