Wildlife:
The golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) maintains a stable population. The hunting territory includes a large area of mountainous terrain with forest type vegetation, although there are numerous appointments of distant displacements. Data on food are scarce, highlighting the importance of the rabbit as a basic piece. Occasionally catches of goats of domestic goats, as well as wild goats occur. Presence of well-preserved nesting populations of the goshawk (Accipiter gentilis), the golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos), the peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus) and the eagle owl (Bubo bubo). The population of the mountains is located in the areas of steepest relief, offering good shelters and responding to the ecological requirements of the species.
