About the website and the different languages:

About the reservation policy:

Rental contracts are available. Request it

As a general rule, a holiday period is established for the reservation request. una espera de 3 días for the reception of the agreed amount. If after this elapsed time this is not received, the landlord is exempted from any type of commitment vis-à-vis the tenant party.

About the cancellation of the rent

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail.

If the client cancels a reservation paid in full (100% of the stay), there is a cancellation fee that will depend on the number of days in advance with respect to the rental start period.

The customer will be reimbursed with a cancellation before:

  • More than 90 days: 100% of the total amount.
  • Less than 60 days: 30% of the total amount.

In any other case the reservation is lost.

If the client has booked through a collaborating agency or external website to CasaEnChilches.com, it will be subject to the cancellation policy of said agency or external website, and CasaEnChilches.com will not be responsible for the charges established for the cancellation.

It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including major forces, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy mentioned here.

If CasaEnChilches.com or those represented by causes beyond the address, was unable to provide the client with the apartment that has been reserved, reserves the right to transfer it to another apartment with similar characteristics.

 

Personal items

This area of Málaga is characterized by its tranquility, but obviously we can not guarantee that this situation will be truncated at any time. About the arrival and departure.

Estos horarios han sido establecidos por la Junta de Andalucía en el Decree 28/2016, of February 2, of homes for tourism purposes.

Sobre el depósito de seguridad.

A security deposit will be charged in all rooms per accommodation unit. This deposit will depend on said accommodation unit. Todas las transacciones del deposito de seguridad se realizarán por medios de pago electrónicos.

Este deposito se realizara por medio de pre-autorización de saldo en la tarjeta de crédito/débito.

Tras su estancia este saldo se liberará en 48/72 horas.

 

About the Estancia and rules of use of the apartments

    • Durante su estancia, la limpieza y lavado de los enseres se realizará con productos de limpieza al efecto como limpiadores, lejías, detergentes, etc.… que correrán por cuenta de la parte del inquilino así como los diferentes fungibles.

    • Al incluida la limpieza, se sobreentiende una limpieza normal del alojamiento. La evaluación del estado de policía (limpieza) se hará en presencia del representante de la empresa y del inquilino en el momento de checkout. En caso de checkout tempranos se le comunicará al inquilino el estado y se aplicarán los cargos adecuados.
