I would like to begin with a brief summary of our history. Carmen, my wife, and I are - we were - two professionals outside the tourist industry, My wife is a professional diver and I am a specialist in large computer systems. That is to say that when we started with the CasaeEnChilches.com adventure in 2007, we did not think that we were going to divert our professional careers to this field.
De hecho empezó con muy poco, con un solo apartamento, un alojamiento vacacional en nuestra finca ("La Piriposa"). We believed that with some essential minimums we would be successful. Indeed, time has shown us that the personalized attention of our clients and the mime dedicated to them have caused us to have recurring clients over the years. This together with the handling of the languages (English, French, Portuguese, Italian) to a detailed accompaniment -Reception after hours, location of services, follow-up of your arrival to destination- make our clients have us valued in most cases with a note of 5/5.
Over time we have evolved, our friends and neighbors trusted Carmen and Me for the management of their accommodations and we have had up to 15 different apartments and houses, all located in Chilches, Málaga. But, why only Chilches? Because our philosophy is based on the following pillars:
- Detailed attention (care and a lot of love towards the client)
- Good prices. Normally we are below the average without diminishing quality.
- Offer tranquility and rest to our travelers -and friends-. That is why we are somewhat removed from the bustling coast -1.5 Km.) But without losing the proximity and benefits of this.
In 2011 we saw the opportunity to take over the management of the Finca Buenavista and after seriously evaluating it, we reached an agreement with the owner, starting in January 2012.
We have learned from the trends of the market of transport of travelers, and this learning has told us that, within the offer of the holiday apartment, it is essential to offer washing service in all the accommodations. The purchases of "low-cost" tickets mean that, from couples to families of 5 people, they avoid having to pay surcharges and, most importantly, having to move a lot of clothing from their home town to their destination. Our focus on the "user experience" is absolute.

Within our “menu” of essential recommendations, we offer a simple route to make: “the Ruta de la Pasa” that begins in Rincon de la Victoria and ends in Vélez Málaga and where you can discover how thousands of years ago They produce, in an ecological way, the best raisins in the world. Or the Mudéjar route … This without forgetting the cultural offer that Málaga offers us with its museums and activities, Ronda, or visits outside the province that, even occasionally we accompany.
