About the reservation policy:

Rental contracts are available. Request it

As a general rule, a holiday period is established for the reservation request. a wait of 3 days for the reception of the agreed amount. If after this elapsed time this is not received, the landlord is exempted from any type of commitment vis-à-vis the tenant party.

The reserves will be paid through the financial channels established in the communication via email between both parties.

 

About the cancellation of the rent

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail.

If the client cancels a reservation paid in full (100% of the stay), there is a cancellation fee that will depend on the number of days in advance with respect to the rental start period.

The customer will be reimbursed with a cancellation before:

  • More than 90 days: 100% of the total amount.
  • Less than 60 days: 30% of the total amount.

To these balances will be deducted the expenses originated by management cost of the reserve, as well as financial costs.

In any other case the reservation is lost.

If the client has booked through a collaborating agency or external website to CasaEnChilches.com, it will be subject to the cancellation policy of said agency or external website, and CasaEnChilches.com will not be responsible for the charges established for the cancellation.

It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including major forces, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy mentioned here.

If CasaEnChilches.com or those represented by causes beyond the address, was unable to provide the client with the apartment that has been reserved, reserves the right to transfer it to another apartment with similar characteristics.

 

Personal items

This area of Málaga is characterized by its tranquility, but obviously we can not guarantee that this situation will be truncated at any time. That is why in case of carrying personal items of great value, we ask you to have a Personal insurance since this company will not be responsible for the thefts, robberies or disappearances of personal effects.

 

About the arrival and departure.

  • It is time to arrival is established after the 4:00 p.m. of the contracted day. ANDThere was a late arrival extra cost. € 20 extra will be charged for arrivals after 23:59 of arrival of the tenant to the apartment or house.
  • It is time to departure is established before the 12.00 h. of the contracted day.

About the security deposit.

A security deposit will be charged in all rooms per accommodation unit. This deposit will depend on said accommodation unit.

 

About the Estancia and rules of use of the apartments

  • It is requested that they keep the proper composure avoiding noise and disturbances in the common areas and respecting the sleeping hours of the rest of occupants and neighbors
  • All the apartments are rented with basic and essential equipment services for you. Enjoy your holidays. That is why, if something is missing, we ask you to let us know. We try to improve day by day.
  • In case something does not work, we ask you to inform us of the incident, we will correct it as soon as possible.
  • It is forbidden to bring pets, so please do not feed animals that roam around (cats, dogs, etc.) if any.
  • Of the Clean.
    • Please check your reservation carefully to find out if cleaning service is included or not
    • We are very careful of the state in which you find the accommodation so:
    • The accommodation, the bed linen and towels are delivered in perfect conditions of cleanliness. In the prices that you have hired, the final cleaning is included (*), that is to say the cleaning of the apartment and the cleaning of the bedding in reasonable conditions.
    • During your stay, the cleaning and washing of the belongings will be carried out with cleaning products to that effect, such as cleaners, bleaches, detergents, etc., which will be borne by the tenant as well as the different consumables.
    • Each tenant is responsible for the garbage generated.
    • When cleaning is included, a normal cleaning of the accommodation is understood. The evaluation of the state of police (cleaning) will be done in the presence of the representative of the company and the tenant at the time of checkout. In case of early checouts the tenant will be informed of the status and the appropriate charges will be applied.
    • The apartments will be reviewed exhaustively upon departure and in case of excessive dirt, breakage of elements, they will be charged from your security deposit with the limits established in each of the accommodation units.
  • Please do not throw papers or foreign objects into the toilet bowl, there are bins in all the toilets. Check our environmental policy.
  • Be aware that water is a common good of humanity, be responsible. Also be responsible for turning off the lights of the apartments when you leave. Check our environmental policy
