Eco Challenge

We are committed to the environment and, that is why, since mid-2015 all our apartments are being transformed and are becoming more efficient, emitting less kg of CO2 into the environment. With this we anticipate the decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía in tourism regulation.

At all times we have been guided by Partners, leaders in the market, who have offered us systems of control and energy efficiency so that your stay, in addition to being bearable, leaves the smallest possible footprint in the environment.

The control of water consumption and electricity both in the lighting or in the cooling / heating of our lodgings has been one of the fundamental keys to undertake this project.

Experts tell us that 1 team of 1 Kw of power produces 600 grams. of CO2 per hour. Taking into account that with free consumption, if we leave it 24 hrs / day working, we are talking about 14.400 grs. of CO2 for air conditioning and day Now if we leave it on for 30 days and it gives us 432.000 grs. of CO2 per month per console of air conditioning in consumption.

We are making important investments so that comfort and the environment can be combined, and we also disclose these actions in our apartments and holiday homes.

In the case of conditioned art we opted for a more direct action: Sharing the cost of electricity consumption between our travelers and the property. We have installed intelligent power consumption controllers that detect when the system is in service or when it is stopped. In this way, and in an honest way, we make our customers participate in the need to preserve the environment by involving them in the green cycle.
